A couple of weekends ago, I went in the store looking for advice on setting up a bird/squirrel feeding station, mostly because I want good Cat TV for my kitties while I'm at work all day -- not that I don't also love birds! I first encountered Bonnie, who took her time explaining what I needed to know about setting up a good pole to hang feeders from. She showed me around the store and we talked about critter feeding as well. I needed some time to contemplate the purchase. Later, when I went back, Brian assisted me. He was extremely helpful. He listened to what I needed, chose components that made sense, and patiently explained how to put it together. (He probably had to explain more than once, haha!). And then, without me having to ask, he brought it all out to my car for me. These guys KNOW BIRDS, and they know their product lines and what's in the store. In my experience, they tailored my purchase to my needs, because they listened to what I was looking for. Brian also imparted some information I didn't know I needed, which I very much appreciated. Additionally, the store is just beautifully laid out and fun to be in. Take your kids along and let them get excited about feeding

Adorable and well supplied wild bird store, and of course surrounded by beautiful birds outside enjoying their feeders and bird baths. Inside is like a cute colorful cottage with plenty of options and books to learn how to attract beautiful birds, i loved the water fountains sound at the bird bath section. Nice people too. I'll definitely be back to get new seeds and stuff for my house finches. If you come from far away it's worth the drive !

My husband and I travel from Oswego to shop here . It’s the highest quality of seed and the birds actually eat it as opposed to shoving it out of the feeder . Very knowledgeable staff . Our wild birds Are our “pets” so we buy the best for hours of entertainment.
